They open at 8am the driver door. Only 10 docks some are occupied by dropped containers/dry vans. I believe they go by appointment if you are picking up they don't start loading until 12pm. Room is tight if many trucks are there but not horrible. Fast and friendly if all goes smooth. Must check in using QR code then check in at door also both things.

When I checked in, I was given a door, but I waited six hours before I got a text saying to go to a different door by two hours later. Then I was told to go to another door, so I ended up spending about 11 hours getting only three pallets this week. I had already gotten two loads from them. This warehouse’s load management is really not professional.

As a local truck driver I pickup at this facility multiple times a week the office staff is always eager to help me get my paperwork. Once I get my paperwork I open my door and before I can turn around here comes Jose Lutin with my freight and loads my trailer very fast and professional like. He always willing to help me if I need something rearrange to make everything fit. 5 stars to Jose

Lazy, slow, unprofessional management. If you didn’t get a seal at the shipper you will be reject. If you come early you will be reject. Don’t waste your time at this place.

Never go to this place they will lie about the weight and you will spend all day here.Took 4:30 hours to load. Avoid this place.
