This facility goes by appointments, if you are there at your appointment time you will get a door and get loaded with no problem.

place is good if you are making a delivery, but if you go for a pick up you will most likely spend 5 6 hr, they say they have a bunch of software issues. I m giving them 2 starts because the office staff was polite , but their sistem sucks . Will eat up your logbook hours . Good luck drivers

Expect to wait for a long time, u be waiting for like 2 to 3 hours just to get a door, even if there is no other truck, cause I arrive here there is no truck at all still waiting for like 3 hours for a door

The very clogged chargers are the only problem it has. This company is the person who assists you at the window and is very unfriendly until it seems like she is intoxicated.

These reviews are bogus. Been here 2hrs, still waiting on a door. There were 3 trucks here when i got here, ONE has left (so the 2 left in doors have been here 2hr+)
The reviews saying they're fast have got to be employees giving fake reviews. Theres nothing quick around here.

Opens at 8am. Do need to have an appt for deliveries but they will work you in depending on how busy they are. Overnight available.

People in the shipping office are super nice , as long as you have your pick up number and clean trailer you shouldn't have a problem here at all. Also the forklift guys are awesome.

Checked in, loaded, and rolling within half an hour. Easy to get to if you get on Cicero from I294. Pilot about 5 minutes away on streets if you need to scale.
