I ended up at this Old National Bank location not because I intended to, but because I was in a pinch and needed change for $20.
I walked in and no one was in there other than one clerk and someone behind a desk. I walked up to the counter and the clerk couldn’t be bothered to even look up from her computer, she was literally talking to me just staring at her screen and clicking away. She didn’t greet me so I just asked my question and she snarkily asked if I was a customer. I said no and she rudely said “well then I can’t help you.” I was so taken aback, her response and tone made me feel like an idiot for even asking. Is it wrong to assume a bank would break a bill?
I was pretty irritated that they couldn’t be bothered to break a bill but I was more bothered that this was the attitude displayed by the employee.
What’s more ironic is that I was on this bank’s website within the last week looking at CD rates for a pretty sizable amount of money. Guess I’ll be going with one of the competitors after this interaction. Don’t waste your time with these guys, take your business elsewhere.

I want to give 0 stars!!! I'm extremely upset with this location. I've been banking with this bank & going to this specific location for the last year. They are so rude & mean! Its very unprofessional how this location is ran. I've been in the bank & people of my skin tone are treated HORRIBLE. They need to be shut down ASAP.

Extremely rude staff. Specifically on 2/5/24 at 5;30 pm and once again by a different employee on 2/6/24 at 2:55PM. I would never bank here.

Old National Bank is terrible , their touch tone bank line stillnot working correctly . I call wait for the the prompt and press one it then returns to the original message or disco nnects my call.I really love my people at the Alsip branch but ONB shame on you for such a horrible job on this TAKE OVER people are more important then money .I have an existing account with BMO I will be making the switch.

It was a great bank when it was First Midwest and ever since it transitioned to Old National Bank it's going down the drain, I've been banking with them for years and I'm definitely switching banks, I shouldn't have to "schedule" a payment date to pay MY bills out of MY ACCOUNT online!! This is ridiculous and I hope this bank doesn't last long and gets shut down
