Old National Bank is terrible , their touch tone bank line stillnot working correctly . I call wait for the the prompt and press one it then returns to the original message or disco nnects my call.I really love my people at the Alsip branch but ONB shame on you for such a horrible job on this TAKE OVER people are more important then money .I have an existing account with BMO I will be making the switch.

It was a great bank when it was First Midwest and ever since it transitioned to Old National Bank it's going down the drain, I've been banking with them for years and I'm definitely switching banks, I shouldn't have to "schedule" a payment date to pay MY bills out of MY ACCOUNT online!! This is ridiculous and I hope this bank doesn't last long and gets shut down

Constantly call this location and they cut off the customer service lines with an automated message telling me to call them during regular business hours saying they are open Monday thru Friday from 11am to 6pm it's 110 that's funny how I cannot contact during business hours and the times they are open is so unconvienient the bankers don't really want to assist me with getting into my online acc that I was blocked out of because I don't know the password

First Midwest Bank was convenient because it's closer to my home and others have recommended going First Midwest Bank. I would not recommend going to the location in Alsip, Il . Here's how my visit to First Midwest Bank was.. As soon as I entered on 1/29/18 at 11am, a young lady sitting at her desk ( never left her office space or chair to greet me. " May I help you". I didn't see her but followed her voice and asked if it was ok for me to enter her office . I was interested in opening a business bank account inquired about the documents I would need to get started with First Midwest Bank. Instead of providing me answers, she asked me to show her whatever documents I had and provided me a brochure that listed different types of business account only. Never provided me a list or shared exactly what I would need to get started. I she went on to say " well the person that would need to approve the documents isn't back until Wednesday 1/2/18. It was clear that she did not want my business and could care less about customer service as she played in her hair the entire time. Thanks, but no thanks. I went to Fifth Third Bank and was provided exceptional customer service. I recommend trying another bank or location. Tip : Dear First Midwest Bank located in Alsip.Please provide training on customer service .. Thank you in advance,
