Went for the first time for some paint and other items. Workers were slow to help and not knowledgeable. Gave the worker a can of the paint I needed a refill of, he had trouble finding the match from the sticker. Ended up giving me the wrong color because he didn’t verify if it was same color. I should have too so I wouldn’t waste my time on another trip. Needed help in plumbing, a worker was helping someone else in the section, called his coworker and when the first worker was done helping his customer, he left. Didn’t even try to help me. And the other coworker never came. Would not go back to this location. Terrible service.

My father and I came in and asked for help. We saw a total of 5 employees without customers and were told they paged someone else to help us. After some time I inquired about getting assistance as no one even asked what we needed. The guy we originally spoke to assisted. After 10min the guy showed up. Wasn’t his fault. Not sure why we would ever have to wait that long before being assisted. It’s not so much about the wait but more so employees’ lack of attention and sense of urgency in helping someone coming to patronize your business. We won’t be back to this location.

Lying managers, horrible delivery service, horrible installation services ! No need to go into detail, but do yourself a favor and don’t spend your hard earned money there , take your money and spend it where it’s appreciated by professionals who will help you with your home remodeling projects!!

I was experiencing difficulty with returning an item at first. I was becoming upset and frustrated. However, Victor was called and instantly helped me! He was extremely kind and awesome! I am very thankful for Victor!! Thank you and there's obviously a reason you're in your position!

I came in there about a week ago to purchase some paint for my new ceiling. Ernest was very helpful. Great employee! Positive attitude.They did very well hiring this young man! Shoutout to him. :)
