“We completely tore down and remodeled our Primary Bedroom, Bathroom and built a Walk in Closet. We have performed 7 similar scope of renovations in the past. After experiences with numerous suppliers in the past we went with Fox for our material. You name it they had it. Their showroom inspired many ideas for the renovation. Their designer , Donna, was talented and extremely communicative and ensured our order was exactly what we wanted and tracked our cabinetry from order to delivery (on time). We worked with Mark on numerous orders and his knowledge of products was incredible and his coordination with our General Contractor for order status and delivery was beyond reproach. I very rarely write reviews but the Fox team certainly exceeded all expectations and most certainly earned this review. Too bad I can only give 5 stars and not more!”
“I fully and highly recommend Creative Covers, Inc. We were referred to this company by a family friend who has impeccable and trustworthy taste, and this company is another example of this. Creative Covers was easy to work with, communicated frequently by email throughout my research process, and asked clarifying questions when needed. I, and myself alone, made a significant error on the measuring and they were gracious and ABOVE AND BEYOND HELPFUL in taking the cover back, fixing it, and that to me is the essence of an amazing company- above and beyond when it comes to customer service. “I ordered my products online and picked them up the next day. There were some employees working behind the counter, but they seemed to be more interested in talking to each other, than servicing me.
Another man walked up, and went behind the counter. When he saw no one was servicing me, he quickly asked if I was being serviced.
Overall, aside from the initial encounter, things were okay. Employees should really be more customer friendly.”

Reasonable prices.A year since I wrote this review, give or take, and I generally no longer go to Home Depot and Countryside Illinois because it appears multiple staff changes have caused the service in a variety of departments to diminish. They seem to be much more helpful at the local Menards. as long as I go to Home Depot in Countryside Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 AM and 4 PM I could expect reasonable help with better than average expertise. If I go at other times when I try not to if I go at all the staff working there to be poorly trained, particularly in lumber, plumbing, electricity, gardening, but the checkout is generally quick and easy.”

“Has about anything you need. Handi cap parking. Easy access to automatic doors doors. Has bathrooms,garden center, outdoor construction supply area. Elevator,or use the escalators. There's 2-3 handi cap power carts. A clean place that's well stocked. You can usually find someone to help you. Bring your propane tank in for a refill , which is cheaper then an exchange. You can use your Menards rebate card to pay for propane filling. They also sell food,such as milk ,bread,ice cream ,meats. Etc.”
“Did not have to wait an hour for them to service me. It was clean, neat, well organized, and welcoming. Every one in every aisle was very helpful!!!! I left a Home Depot because it was a bad experience and ended up at this one which really was great! The cashier Paola and Manger Clifton helped me with my new Home Depot card and checkout. I’m thankful that great customer service still exists. I will never go to Oak Lawn Home Depot again!”

“The employees are always welcoming and friendly with wonderful advice/tips. I'm doing a few DIY projects this year and some things will be contracted out, but regardless as to who is doing the work. The Home Depot on 87th should be your first stop. The paint and paint supplies as well as the peel and stick are all from Home Depot.”

“Amazing customer service! This is the best Home Depot I’ve ever been to. I’ve always preferred HD to Lowe’s because of their service and I think they have a higher quality product. I’m so impressed with this location and the staff. We just closed on a new construction home and need to do some things ourselves that weren’t included and everyone has been so helpful. We bought a fridge, we are having them install the blinds, I’m installing all the hardware on the cabinets, the list goes on. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly and overly helpful. This will be my go to location.”

“ACCESSIBILITY REVIEW: Many handicap parking spots that are about 20/25 steps from the door. Flat entrance. They have electric carts. The bathrooms are clean, very close to the front door and have two large handicap stalls.”
