“We completely tore down and remodeled our Primary Bedroom, Bathroom and built a Walk in Closet. We have performed 7 similar scope of renovations in the past. After experiences with numerous suppliers in the past we went with Fox for our material. You name it they had it. Their showroom inspired many ideas for the renovation. Their designer , Donna, was talented and extremely communicative and ensured our order was exactly what we wanted and tracked our cabinetry from order to delivery (on time). We worked with Mark on numerous orders and his knowledge of products was incredible and his coordination with our General Contractor for order status and delivery was beyond reproach. I very rarely write reviews but the Fox team certainly exceeded all expectations and most certainly earned this review. Too bad I can only give 5 stars and not more!”

“I had service on 8/30 to tend to weatherstrip replacement along with checking out why the one car door would have hiccups at times and not completely close. The technician, Bob, was very pleasant to work with. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He answered all of my questions without hesitation or any attitude. Price was more than fair. “Most of the time they do have what you need they are a bit pricey and don't get keys made they are not good with that, but otherwise they ok just take some extra money along with you just in case of any price changes.”

“I ordered my products online and picked them up the next day. There were some employees working behind the counter, but they seemed to be more interested in talking to each other, than servicing me.
Another man walked up, and went behind the counter. When he saw no one was servicing me, he quickly asked if I was being serviced.
Overall, aside from the initial encounter, things were okay. Employees should really be more customer friendly.”

Reasonable prices.A year since I wrote this review, give or take, and I generally no longer go to Home Depot and Countryside Illinois because it appears multiple staff changes have caused the service in a variety of departments to diminish. They seem to be much more helpful at the local Menards. as long as I go to Home Depot in Countryside Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 AM and 4 PM I could expect reasonable help with better than average expertise. If I go at other times when I try not to if I go at all the staff working there to be poorly trained, particularly in lumber, plumbing, electricity, gardening, but the checkout is generally quick and easy.”

“My 5 star rating goes for the delivery service. Jon, the delivery driver, was great to work with. Great at communication and overall friendly demeanor. In store, however, was a bit different. Aside from the initial female employee that helped start the delivery process of the items we were buying, the customer service felt lacking (for me at least). I wouldn’t say anyone was rude, but it wasn’t welcoming, in my opinion.”

“Did not have to wait an hour for them to service me. It was clean, neat, well organized, and welcoming. Every one in every aisle was very helpful!!!! I left a Home Depot because it was a bad experience and ended up at this one which really was great! The cashier Paola and Manger Clifton helped me with my new Home Depot card and checkout. I’m thankful that great customer service still exists. I will never go to Oak Lawn Home Depot again!”

“Your customer service employee Luis is by far the best!!! I called the store to inquire about a limited stock of roofing shingles. He went above and beyond to locate the replacement shingles I needed for a garage roof repair. He took time to locate the clearance items and called my home when he found the product. Had them loaded up and ready for pickup when my husband arrived. He is truly a valuable asset to the store. A great customer service experience ***** Great Job and thank you Luis”
