If it was a question she was not familiar with she didn't give me an off the wall answer by her being new to the company, she would put me on hold and asked the Manager for the correct answer to my question
We both laughed and share similar experiences due to using these new cell phones that I found to be a little difficult when trying to open more than one screen at a time. Iza did her best in obtaining the best quote for my Home and Car Insurance which I was very much satisfied and elated. We as consumers are so quick to complain when service isn't good but forget to commend those employees who are truly doing an outstanding job. Kudos to Ms. Iza.”
