Tried 4 times out of 4 to get what I needed but each attempt the visit was getting worse and worse. Clean store but NOT given me what I went there for. The whole Rotisserie low sodium chicken is what I needed but was offered nothing the first 3 visits. The final visit offered nothing but a cheap substitute of chopped up fake chicken that left me completely disappointed dissatisfied and unnerved!!! I felt I was scammed out of my time and my money!!! I'm probably never going back there again....my search begins for another chicken source!!! Sick spell indeed.

Close this damn store…everyone that works here hates there job they give everyone the rudest attitude no matter what color you are almost EVERYTHING is always expired or has only a few days left…forget about going to the deli unless you wanna wait more than 30 mins just to be even waited on. I live right across the street and every single time I walk into this place there’s a problem…I’ve worked for retail my entire life and never once treated anyone that works here Cristina the girl at night the skinny girl at customer service the older women with black hair EVERYONE here it’s so disgustingly unprofessional now I have to take more time out of my day to drive across town to the other jewel with 2 babies under 4 when I should have to

I saw the Alsip Fire Dept there today and employees and some customers standing outside. I can only assume that it had to do with the smoke coming out of the deli area. About a week ago I walked in and the WHOLE deli/produce area was filled with thick white smoke. Yesterday, same thing. Not one employee looked alarmed. I'm guessing no one is cleaning the rotisserie ovens and the remnants of the chickens are burning (kind of like when you don't clean your own oven). I don't think there is a manager over there to make people clean them. There are no dept. managers anywhere so employees just seem to do whatever they want. I have not seen an actual store manager in there in years.
