Does not pay attention to detail. On one hand she cut my nails and for my other hand did not cut my nails. For one hand she shaped it and for the other hand did not shape my nails. All in all they do not pay attention to details.

Always do my pedicures here. I decided to do my nails for the first time and it was a horrible experience. She only filled in the bottom of the nail said the top did not need to be touched.....well they pop off 3 days later. She nicked me when doing my cuticles. My nail has been infected and swollen about 2 weeks 2 doctors visits and antibiotics.
Update
It got no better with the antibiotics and continues to throb. I had to go to the emergency room to have it drained. This has been such a painful and embarrassing experience especially during vacation season.

Amazing service, technician was friendly and took her time with my pedicure! The best pedicure I've had in a long time! They are always reasonably priced and do a great job! Definitely check them out!

The prices are to high for the service that they offer and give you and they are very rude and the place is not sanitized they dont not wash out they foot tubs they just line then up with plastic the NEXT TIME I GO IM GOING WITH THE BOARD OF HEALTH to have this place fined or shut down

I had an amazing experience at Mimi's! I was greeted when I walked in, asked what service, and picked a color. All techs were finishing up with clients, so I sat and waited less than 10 minutes.I originally was only in for a dip, but after watching the nail tech finish up, I showed her a picture with design and she delivered!I appreciated the time she took to make sure all my nails were even and round as I asked.Will definitely be back!Services: Nail art

Just wow. I literally just walked out of this place! I get there there’s 3 nail techs and 3 customers, the lady by the door asks what I need I say pedicure no chip pick the color and wait. About 10 mins later a lady walks in starts picking her colors, about 5-10 mins after that a tech asks me what I need I say pedicure no chip- the lady by the door starts talking in her language to the nail tech, nail tech walks away. Then comes back ask the lady next to me what she needs and asks if she wants a show off or something like that and the lady says no you can do her first (me), she was here first. The nail tech asks me to follow her and asks me to sit, I do not because there is water sitting in the foot tub already. Clean? Dirty? Used? At this time the lady at the front is already talking in her language at the nail tech again and the nail tech says “she’s telling me to do her first” the lady that clearly stated for me to go first and walked in after I was already sitting with my color picked…and I just walk out of this place…. NEVER AGAIN will I go to this place ever! I rather have the worst crustiest feet in all of the south side. I rather scrub my own feet with a rock then go here!
