The behavior of the employees at this location
Is too disrespectful to some of the drivers and they don't care about drivers services, just they do what keep them on the job and the bathrooms are not really clean

Very great tasty apple turn overs really so good tasting I had here last 2 days and some of their side food orders from the hot food bar.I tried your pizza slices out in St.Louis Pilot and also here in Alsip once and was very tasty crispy.Tje place has been always super clean sanitized fresh like in the store and the washrooms I see attendants always detailing stalls and sinks here in past and again now.The store staff also very clean uniforms I notice as walk on the front door and they always welcoming you as enter always in past too here at Alsip.Thanks also for having a nice clean site outside looks better today much more I noticed outside.Dan native Blue Island come over here alot as I love Highland Indiana the past 18 years.Keep up great work.I liked both Pilot and Loves always too.Im past traveling alot to Brownsville.Texas I stopped both Pilots and Loves.Both are usually clean then I saw Pilot go downhill and some Loves getting let down too usually Loves was always do good cleaning.Anyway nice see a bigger improvement I notice with Pilot.Dan.

I am currently at your location at 12680 Kedzie Ave, Alsip, IL 60803, and I am extremely disappointed with the shower service here.
I have been waiting for hours, and the line is not moving at all. The reason is that the cleaning staff leaves the shower doors open and does not clean between uses. Instead, they wait until each person’s time runs out before proceeding. This has caused a huge delay — in 4 hours only 7 people were able to take a shower.
This is not only unacceptable but also highly disrespectful to your customers, especially professional drivers who rely on your facilities during their limited rest time. It is disheartening and frustrating to experience such poor service at a company that is supposed to care about drivers’ needs.
I sincerely hope you take immediate action to correct this situation and ensure that drivers are treated with the respect and efficiency they deserve.

This people charge you for reserved parking in areas that doesn't even say or have a sign that says it and they assumed you should know that.

I am not one to be a Karen and leave bad reviews those people annoy me to be quite honest but the amount of time you have to wait at this pilot in particular to shower is ridiculous the showers are great the staff are nice but waiting 3 hours for a shower is ridiculous my yard is 2 miles away so it’s my fuel spot And occasionally my shower spot when I have 17 hours to wait for a shower other than that I love this store

Thursday 7/31, I purchased a shower at 4pm. It is now 9:45pm and I’m still waiting. Dying to go to sleep, but I can’t cause I’m a flatbedder and it’s been a pretty busy day so I really need a shower. Very upsetting

the app shows 13 prime parking spots available but in reality there aren’t any at all. At least 10 spots taken up by dropped trailers and at least 10-12 more by bobtails. Locals blocking spots with personal vehicles as well. Good luck getting a spot to park. The shower line is incredibly slow as well. The employees didn’t do a single thing about any of this either.

Went there at night and the security guy was the most helpful guy, the ones at the counter were rude and didn't even cared to help and the white girl with that yellow vest was rude too, tried asking a question and felt like I was bothering her and overall just the worst experience.

This store is so unorganized behind to counter. Was in store around 1600 in the evening, 5 workers behind counter only 2 checking people out. Destiny has an attitude problem, I guess because I’m white.

Another different story from my previous one at Bridgeview facility. This place has a very nice and professional staff specially Pam a very nice, professional and welcoming person like every place should have.
