Just helping out a friend and it was clean and orderly. It would be nice if they had trash bins in and around the unit grounds. Not everyone will be so kind as to hold their trash until they go to the exit.

There is never a physical person on site. You call a thousand times no response. Leave voicemails no call back. But if you’re a day late they know how to contact you then. I’ve been waiting for 4 days waiting on a physical person on site and nobody is ever there. I don’t recommend this location at all. I’ve should have known just from the location it wasn’t going to be a great experience. I’ve had my storage since February but who cares if a paying customer needs to talk to the property manager
