i hate this place. there really isn’t anything good about it. everything is a mess, piles upon piles of things waiting to be put on shelves that will block everything else that is actually on the shelves. the carts are all broken, they make how much money and they can’t afford ones that actually work. the registers suck, if someone is paying card they have to inform the other registers and everyone has to pause. prices aren’t right. they have a “customer service pledge” that if there is more than three people in each line they’ll open a new one which NEVER happens. the lines are insanely long while we all obviously have restaurants and business to be at. they don’t care about their customers, everyone is rude. i hate this place.

Who ever the new lady at the front is the worst. I brought an item back that I bought 1 hour ago because it was the wrong item and they say they can’t accept the return because the temp isn’t good. What do you want me to do drive around with a cooler in my car? The store manager isn’t any help either. How can you not return an item that was bought 1 hour ago. I will never be back here again

Delivering a load they started unloading at 4:30 and you can park in the parking lot. Fast load and efficient!

In adequate space for turning in the receiving dock area for a semi truck. Also the guy who off loaded my trailer he needs a new up-to-date tablet… for some reason he couldn’t take any of my information by my truck. He wanted me to constantly walk all the way back in. He walks out to my truck to get me harry’s up and walks away while I’m rolling my window down thinking that he has my paperwork but he needs some more information from me to send me my receipt iI had to climb out and walk all the way back in just for him to ask me for my email and hand me my bills. I’m like he could’ve just asked me right there at my drivers door hand me the bills and email my receipts. I ended up catching some attitude from K.Sanders. her and her employee were having a disagreement at the time.. not the friendliest restaurant depot I’ve ever been to

Worst place for delivering. No space for turn around for semi truck, No adequate track entrance. Appointment time doesn't means nothing if you come on time - NOT EARLIER THAN 15 min before appointment - must waiting in line for door.
Workers at receiving is good ?- friendly and fast unloaded, But this place NOT WORT for deliveries by semi truck (especially for long distance sleeper trucks)

Didn't realize I hadn't left and started talking about me right in front of me!!I had to call my company to purchase the order, so I stepped out of line, and the women at the registers instantly started saying how i "left my order for them to put back" rolling their eyes, and saying other ugly stuff. Open your eyes. Im next to the cart still, geniuses!3 stars still because the men stocking are super helpful and kind. The women always have an attitude here, except the woman occasionally at the door. Im honestly tired of it, and it makes me not want to shop here.

Customer service is poor and managers do not know how to communicate professionally with customers. Customer Service Manager Jessica stated Restaurant Depot Corporate does not honor prices as indicated on their posted price tags. She said they are short staffed and it does not matter if employees did not remove or replace outdated price tags. She said customers are supposed to search every posted price tag in the store for the date that may be located in fine print. Restaurant Depot is the only company that falsely advertises and expects the customer to pay whatever items ring up, even if the price was listed differently. Customer Service Manager Jessica displayed a nasty attitude when asked about the pricing policy.

I’ve been shopping at restaurant depot twice a week for 15 years now. This was my first visit to this location and I loved every second. It was organized and clean. Employees were so pleasant and helpful. The also still had the silver carts (I hate the new blue ones). I wish my restaurant was close so I could shop at this location instead of the division location. Management should be proud of the job they’re doing keep it up

Disgusting behavior from the cashiers, only reason its 3 stars is because the forklift crew where all so helpful and because of the helpful Latina manager in the front with the cashiers. Its so embarrassing to see employees act such a way in frontof their manager. I hope she gets a raise or moves up in command because no one should have to put up with that type of behavior. As for the cashiers they must think they are entitled to a special treatment because they are ringing up items? Is that so miserable that you have to bad mouth your manager and scream in front of customers? I don’t think so, hopefully someone fires these ladies and finds some more professional employees. All in all this has to be my 11th and last visit to this store just because every single visit ends up in a dramatic situation with the cashiers no matter the size of line or time of day.
