They aren’t honest about what they can and cannot do! I have left twice with a design I didn’t ask for at all and been charged just the same!!! Don’t go here unless you want a solid.

The staff is extremely courteous and pleasant. The young lady that did my nails was awesome! I would go to her again if I were going to come here again, but I won’t be doing that. They are way overpriced for the service they provide.
As I stated, the young lady that did my nails was excellent, however, the tech who did my feet, was clearly inexperienced. He did fully scrub my feet to get the dead skin off. He just wiped my feet. Also, they don’t tell you before you start getting your nails done that they charge $15 more for no-chip on your toes. They were nice enough to only charge me $5 extra this time since I was new here and didn’t know that. The price for chip on your fingernails is the same no matter what you’re getting (I.e., manicure, full-set, fill-in, etc.) However, you have to pay $15 more for no-chip on your toes. Also, they didn’t perform a nail repair on my big toe which I would have paid for if the tech wasn’t so careless.
Staff was pleasant but I’m going back to Cindy first chance I get. I would have to be in an extremely desperate situation to come back here again. The prices really aren’t worth the service.

I would give the shop 5 stars, but its a little short bad 80's hair cut with glasses lady there that has poor customer skills. Hi there! Now, the establishment itself is nice!! I would like to say my experience there was a little unpleasant this particular day. So, your sign thats says Walk-ins Welcome must be on certain days. I seen that your establishment didn't close until 7pm. I walked in about 445ish pm and was told by the young man behind the counter that there's going to be a wait until 6pm is that ok? I said yes and waited. There was a worker there by the name of Diane who took a customer back and I went with them. I went to the back seen there were 2 other people getting pedicures. I thought to myself this is going to take a minute. I started to noticed the water getting cold and my feet wasn't getting done. So, when Diane says she was about to leave after she finishes up with the person feet. I got to look around like well who's going to do mines right? I got up wipe my feet off because the water was ice cold. I walked up front, the guy behind the desk who seems to only take money wasn't concerned if I had gotten the service I came for. I seem him on his phone so I didn't want to bother. But what really grind my gears is the way the shortest lady with the old 80's hair style with glasses thats about 4'2 tall just completely ignored me. Yes, there were other workers there taking there time as well.. She never looked at me once, she just continued to talked to Diane in Spanish. Walked around, had just finished up with doing eye brows, and when Diane let her know that I wanted my feet done in Spanish and the bad 80's hair cut lady shrugged her shoulders and so I didn't know they were coming and went on continuing about her day. My day had already been exhausting and stressful enough. The one thing that might would have finished the day ok, I couldn't because she was ready to go home.. But kudos to Diane for staying and working pass her time, you should hire more employees like her!!!! She's the greatest!!!!!

Went here for my sister’s birthday and was really impressed that they were able to accommodate five walk-in pedicures at the same time! The staff was generally friendly and welcoming. However, one person in our group had their foot scratched during the service, and the worker didn’t acknowledge it, which was disappointing. A little accountability would have gone a long way. Overall, the experience was mostly positive, but that part left a bit of a sour note.

The name fits this place because they are certainly THE BEST NAIL & SPA around hands down!! I drive past 20 nails shops just to get to this one! My nails are ALWAYS on point! If I could give them 10 stars I would!! Nancy is the greatest at what she does and the customer service is top tier! Love you guys!!!

Be service, best nails, best vibes, lives up to its name. I enjoyed every second here! The pedicure was so relaxing, my feet feel like clouds. The manicure is amazing! After not having my nails done for a couple months I am very grateful this location was able to give my hands the TLC they needed

I have been a loyal bi-weekly customer of Best Nail and Spa since 2006. I have always been taken care of timely and professionally. The team is versatile. My services have transitioned with time from getting acrylic (full set or fill-in) to gel. I now get Dipped Powder, Pedicure, and Eyebrow waxing. The time spent during my nail and pedicure appointment is always relaxing and reduces the stress from my busy work week. My family and I are all patrons of the Salon. Kudos to the Best Nail and Spa Team! See you in two weeks!?
Specialties: I love the Eyebrow Micro-Blading that I got done and I get so my compliments. It has lasted so long. I will be getting a touch up!
Cleanliness: It is always fresh, clean, and sanitary in the Salon.
Stylist: My Stylist are Nancy and Martha! Great service, professional, and amazing at there profession! These ladies have been with me since I started coming to Best Nail!

Best place to go to I have been going for years with the owner and everything is so nice and friendly. The receptionist is the best and cute she is always helpful definitely a 100/10 ?
Requested style: I have pictures of what I want done and they always provide it and if not will accommodate to what I like
Cleanliness: They are always cleaning and also have someone come in ones a week as well

I went based off the 4.5 star rating. When I got there the front desk was too busy on her phone to notice I was standing there.
I told her what I wanted. Got upstairs and didn't get the service I asked. I had to repeat it multiple times.
It seems like they contract out and are not properly managed.
Disappointed.
