The owner Erica is wonderfully cordial and I was grateful to be speaking with someone that is knowledgeable about print density and page layout. I needed high quality laser prints for an important business pitch. Not only did she print the work right away, she made sure I was happy with the prints before I left her shop. I highly recommend this printer for both personal and professional printing job.
