“I purchased a car from these guys pretty much sight unseen back in March of 2018 - a 2015 BMW 328i with 50K miles on it at time of purchase. Before actually looking at the car, I had multiple back-and-forth e-mails and phone calls with George. He was very honest and straight-forward about the condition of the vehicle and answering all the questions I had to the best of his ability. We agreed verbally on a price, and I traveled to Chicago to get the car. George had one of his employees promptly pick me up at the airport and bring me to the dealership to finalize the deal on the car. The entire buying process took less than 30 minutes. After purchasing the vehicle and driving it back to Texas, we had some minor paperwork issues with the Title that needed to get sorted out in order for me to Title the car in Texas. George went above and beyond to help me get that sorted out even after he had my money and the deal was done. I've owned the car about 6 months now and have put around 10,000 miles on it since I bought it. The vehicle has been perfect with zero issues to date. I don't know why this dealer has so many negative reviews. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. This was the easiest buying experience I have had purchasing a car. And the car itself is fantastic. I would gladly buy from these guys again for my next vehicle needs.”
