We drove 30 minutes out of our way in hopes that this one is better than the one on Harlem st. NOPE first, you cant get inside to use the bathroom or anything AND they have music blasting from the gas pumps that you can hear loud and clear 50+ ft away. ? Bring a bucket, tp, ear plugs and something to block their blinding bright lights as well! Why run a business against what the business is for?

Absolutely one of the cleanest, friendliest Pilots that I have been to in quite a while. And trust me, I have been to a lot of Pilots/FJ purchasing 17703 gallons already this year. Well worth the 2200 points to be 5 miles from delivery.
The Security Guard actually did his job and just didn’t sit around. Lots of fresh food and everything was stocked. I sent an email to Pilot Corporate I was so impressed. Thank You Pilot Team!

The manager that was on duty today, July 4, 2024 has no empathy passion or anything and to have her acting as though she was in the street discussing this matter with me I didn’t appreciate it. She was bobbing her head, pointing and accused me of something I had no idea what she talking about. I get it all black guys look the same. But she needs more customer service trying

I’m a truck driver and I always come to this place when I have loads to Illinois ,the bad thing about this place is music loud outside ,sometimes we are truck drivers sleep with open windows and the crazy music is always on outside
Please management turn off the music outside or lower the voice to the minimum
After long rides will have to rest

Heaven forbid you buy a coffee before you shower, they will sure accuse you of stealing it even though they rang you up for the coffee and for the shower?! I get wanting to make sure people ain’t stealing but don’t be accusing cause you aren’t paying attention to what you’re doing. Between the shower, coffee, sandwich and drinks bought after the shower, we spent almost $50 this morning! Get out of here with that nonsense!! Wasn’t even a busy morning and it’s not like we didn’t stand out haha good way to get bad reviews!

Staff here is a little rude. If you ask for change without a purchase they send you to the "cash out" machine in the gaming room... which BTW took my money. When I called the number on the machine THEY sent someone over in about 5 mins. Screw this place.

This one star is for their slot machines. I've been coming here for the slots for MANY years. Never had issues with the machines payout ratios. However, I've noticed within the last 6 months or more, the machines don't pay out nowhere near the way they used to. The last 3 times I've came here (all within the last 2 months) I've spent nearly $1,000 each time and can't seem to win ANYTHING. Today, I spent over 800 (on 3 dif games) , and the most I won was 40, and It took almost $300 in spins just to hit that.
On keno, one of the better pating games that typically ALWAYS gave me a profit, now pays nothing. I counted over 100 spins at max bet with absolutely ZERO wins..
This , to me, spells R I G G E D .
Not sure who is In control over these particular machines, but they have clearly altered their algorithms to where you simply WILL NOT WIN.
Play here at your own risk, but I'd suggest taking your gambling across the street or somewhere else.

I come in here all the time, always at the same time. Please be more consistent with when you put food up? I work crazy hours and if I go out of my way to specifically stop here for gas and the convenience of eating I just want things to come up when you say they will. Very frustrated today.

How bad the attention is in this pilot for the showers, the people who work here only talk and do little work. The showers are not clean, full of stains, the walls because they don't even disinfect the shower well, and how is it possible to wait for a shower late until two hours with 2 people ahead, nothing more wow than bad service

Apparently no one cleans showers in the morning. At night they get bummed rushed then in the morning you’d figure it would be easy to get a shower but nope. Walked back there and there was 4 empty showers and no one cleaning them. Waited 45 minutes and still no one cleaning them.
