Every since my family and I have moved to this town we have dealt with nothing but horrible customer service from this Casey store. The last time that did it was when come to find out the manager Linda was the one who cussed about me and called me stupid to the customer behind me because I had hit cash back when I didn’t see the no cash back sign at 530. I get it but was there was no reason to trash talk me as a customer to another customer. Unprofessional and just plain distasteful. Casey’s Corporate received a call this time. Hopefully they finally clean house and get some good decent clean employees in there to work and change the atmosphere.

Moved in a block down the road 6 months ago, have yet to meet a cashier that is not cold and rude.They treat everyone as an inconvenience.I try not to have to use them anymore.

This place is awful. I usually go in for coffee and sometimes order pizza for my kids and I. I live right down the road and grew up in the community. I will never order food from here again and I don't plan to give them anymore business period. I ordered a create your own pizza with beef, bacon, onion, and mushrooms. I got a soggy, lukewarm, Supreme pizza that made us sick. When I walked up to the counter to pick my order up the guy put his finger in my face n said I know I know and walked away. Service is always horrible. There's a Jack Flash down the road that's a million times better. It's a management problem. You can't get good employees whith a horrible manager. The owner should cut their loses, fire eveybody, and sell it. It's beyond repair!

Their is nothing in this town no mcds burger K Altamont I'll got breakfast pizza wowy too much cheese sauce don't like stuff anyway wasn't good tasted like wasn't cooked enough either wowy mgr won't be in untill Monday this is Friday told girl I wouldn't be here then in this 1 horse town 1 4 way stop ? about it oh well 2.87 throw away Casey's like Walmart monopolize small town situations way to their advantage put other business out so they can monopolize only place in one horse towns like this
