“I grew up in this neighborhood. When Steve(the original owner) was running the store. I'm pretty sure he knew my siblings and I by name. We would save quarters and go play arcade games and buy as much candy as we could. He was so kind, he would sometimes allow us more candy even if we didn't have enough money. I have been there recently, and the place hasn't changed much, other than his grandkids running it now. It looks and feels the same. People at the register always have a smile and are very nice. This place will always be one of my favorites.”
“We have been wanting to stop here for a long while......just never did! I tried the chicken tacos an potato salad an hubby had the brisket melt an fries. Oh my gosh, chicken tacos were wonderful. Not loaded with cheese an lettuce...more like a Mexican taco. Flavor was so good - could have used a lime but didn't go ask for one because they were just so dang good. I didn't want to put it down!! Brisket was good too....but didn't compare to my tacos for flavor. Hubby might disagree......just too much meat an bread for me! Will return again an again. Lots of beer to choose from, has a system i never saw before! Worked well.”

“Good gaming, friendly people competitive prices,, next door is low cost tobacco and smokes which you cant beat. Is part of the saloon so very convenient. But all and all the saloon is a friendly fun atmosphere to be at.”
