Great place to get an stronger unit when you have to

We had our stuff in there for less than 2 weeks and when we went back to check, almost 2/3 of the unit had been emptied. Someone took a lot of time to steal our stuff, and they "cant find anything on the surveillance" They wanted to charge us over $100 just for the footage, and refused to refund the $87 we originally paid for the unit. They are impossible to get ahold of and only called back after we mention the police report. Plus we saw roaches when we emptied out what was left in the unit. I think it came from the unit next door. When the manager finally gave us the footage, she rolled up in a car that reaked of weed, and she was very rude. DO NOT RISK LOOSING YOUR STUFF TOO. They dont do anything to identify the thieves or prevent it from happening again.
