I was told in the store that "he would get to a certain point and it would not let him move forward without adding the insurance and I would have to call to cancel." When I called 611 to cancel they said that is an absolute lie. They cannot force people to buy the insurance. I will not be going to the store again. That person walked me through my whole plan and ended up saving me $25 a month because we had unnecessary plans that were sold in store.

I am very disappointed with the service I received. When I went in I specifically told the woman I was on a budget and needed the cheapest plan possible. At the end of us setting the account up she tells me once I receive my first bill to call and cancel the insurance she put on my plan. I was a bit confused by this considering I bought my own phone in to be activated and didn't need insurance.Upon calling at&t customer service I've been notified I never needed that in the first place and that it was probably done for her to get a better commission. So for two months they tacked on an extra $15 to my bill. She also put me on a promotion plan which I was not notified of. My plan was supposed to be $60 a month and it's now $78 for only one line. I'm highly disappointed in this considering I told her I was tight on money and she even sat and talked to me about my child I have with me knowing I was a single parent on a budget.

You can't buy a phone outright from them . You have to get a payment plan ( contract )

I needed help setting up my phone that I received in the mail so I came to this store and I'm so glad I did. Jerrica helped me with setting up my phone and answered all my questions with no problem. Great customer service all around.

Unbelievable worst experience of transferring my service from att to another provider. My phone all paid off but a 30 day hold before unlocking my service. Inexperienced staff was not helpful. I will let everyone I know to change from ATT.

We received amazing service from Jacob. He went above and beyond to help us to get the phones and plan we wanted. He was able to answer any and all questions we had. He was very patient and kept us entertained with his great sense of humor. If you want a great experience while getting your needs met, definitely ask for Jacob. He was awesome!!!

Our representatives were very attentive and made us feel taken care of as we transferred our old phones two new phones and activated similar devices.

Jacob is rude an absolutely no customer service. He doesn't know how to do most things. Save your time an money. Go somewhere else.

I had the best experience at this store. The person that helped me was Jacob. He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient. I would recommend his services and this store. He took his time to show me everything and wanted to make sure I understood everything before I left the store. Best experience ever!!
