“Called first thing in the morning and needed four tires changed out on my GMC Sierra 1500. I was greeted kindly and told to just bring it in up and they would get me in as soon as they could. I arrived at 8:35am and was walking out at 9:05am. Job done! Before installing my tires, they showed me a couple bead blemishes and assured me there should be no issues. I’m impressed that they took time and effort to bring this to my attention since I hadn’t purchased the tires through them.

“Everyone there is so friendly and courteous. They always get my vehicle in quickly. They never pressure me to get more work done than what I brought it in for to begin with. If anything else needs done, they let me know and give me prices. If I can't get it done right away, they are understanding and don't try to talk me into another service. Got brakes done there last year and when they started having issues a couple months later, they replaced them again at no charge. Took my car today to get my leaking tire patched. Since I purchased my tires there a year ago, they repaired them for free too, showing their guarantee their parts and work done. Great place to do business with! They've never done me wrong!”
“I’m here from Florida and started having front end issues. I went to four shops before getting the problem identified. I explained that I needed the car fixed ASAP because I needed to drive hurricane relief supplies on Sunday. They worked me into the schedule the next day. They also offered me a loaner vehicle. Now I’ll be ready to pick up up generators and gas cans and take them to people in need. Thank you.”

“AWESOME!! It is nice to know there are still honest mechanics out there. I was on my way to drop my VW off to Glenn's, when it died on me on Broadway in Alton. I have to let it sit for an hour before it will start again. a man pulls in behind me and it turned out to be Glenn. He was running an errand & seen me. Knowing I was bringing it in, he stopped to help. He lifted the hood & knew immediately what was wrong. He went back to the shop, got a fuel pump and tools. came back & changed it right there on the side of the road. We went back to the shop & he looked everything over. He sure knows what he is doing! After spending money everywhere else and getting no resolution I took it to him and he fixed it and one day with very little cost. He can also diagnose your issue without charging you an arm and a leg . Located right off of College, he is easy to find.”

“I recently moved to Alton, and although I love it here, I was bummed that I wouldn't be able to take my car to my regular mechanic in my old town anymore. An honest and trustworthy mechanic can be hard to find. Thankfully, I think I've found one here in Alton. The axle on my car broke recently, and Josh at Noel Automotive got it fixed when he said he would fix it and at the price he quoted me for it. He did a phenomenal job of explaining everything about the repair process beforehand. Courteous, knowledgeable, and no BS. Noel will definitely be my first call if I ever have car trouble again!”
