It is terrible that I cannot leave a 0 STAR REVIEW!! Andy's provided the worst experience I have ever had. They had my car for 42 days and only did 37 hours of work!! I repeat, 42 DAYS!!!! They told us on five different occasions that my car would be ready the next day and then it somehow would not be. I desperately needed my car before I went back to college after winter break (they knew this) and they called me the day after I went back to school to tell me that my car has been done for 4 days. It sure would have been nice had they told me that 4 days earlier. They also left my car in the lot outside for 5 days in 0 degree weather (my car is a diesel) and caused my gas lines to gel up. This could have been prevented very easily because the days they left my car in the cold, were the days that they decided not to tell me my car was done. A rental car costs $20 a day for 42 days plus an extra week because I had to come back the weekend after to get my car.

This really deserves 0 stars. I've had my car fixed here multiple times. Twice this year for the same thing (Catalytic converter), paid over $5000 this year (including every time they have charged me for a diagnosis fee), you name it. And every time they would "claim" my car was fixed not even an hour later the check engine light was on again. And they would hold my car until closing time so I couldn't call them and tell them my issues. I would always drive an hour to them and have to spend more money to stay in town close by because I used to trust them. But their mechanic are not well trained and I have to keep coming back up there for the same issues and I've only had my car for 3 years and been up there more than 8 times. Seems like your computer nor mechanics can do their jobs right. So frustrating and absolutely annoying. At this point YouTube can probably help me fix my own car more than your mechanics can.

On Nov. 13 my 2002 Trailblazer's shift cable broke and I had it towed to the dealer where I bought it. After almost 3 weeks of them trying to obtain the part, I decided to check with Andy's Automotive. While on the phone with them on Friday Dec.1, they looked it up and told me they had located 3 different types of cable. They assured me that they could find me the correct one and be able to replace the broken one. I had the vehicle towed to them and they had me back in my car at 4:00 that same evening! They will be my go to auto shop from now on.

Had an appointment set up to get my car repaired from an accident. Part of the thousands of dollars in repairs included an alignment. I asked them what the charge would be to mount and balance 3 tires (one tire was included as part of the repair) and they said it would be an additional $150. That's an insanely high price. Most tire shops would mount and balance there tires for half that price or less. Instead of working with me on the price or price matching, they chose to let me take my business elsewhere. Which I did. I will never do business with Andy's again.

Our insurance sent us to them after a no fault accident to repair body damage. An alignment was also needed (was supposed to be done at the time if repair). They did not do the alignment. So our back tires wore very unevenly & needed replaced very quickly. They say it needs to be approved by insurance before they can complete the initial repair they were supposed to fix from the beginning. Even though it is ANDYS fault for not completing needed repairs. Definitely go ANYWHERE besides this place!! They won't honor their initial assessment of repairs! They said we needed the alignment. And they NEVER did the alignment. Pretty simple to understand but they seem to be having trouble comprehending.
