Such a professional and well ran business. Staff are always polite and helpful. They were very nice to my mom who didn’t know much about vaping and helped her to make a well informed decision. They have good sales and promos and they sell real disposables and ID everybody unlike other vape stores in town. Only vape store I’ll go to as long as I live in Alton.

Me and my family have shopped here for our vape juice for last two years since we came from Oregon. Yesterday I bought the custard strawberry and when I went home tried it and my tongue was like having some sort of reaction to the juice and also smelt and tasted terrible! I called the shop and guy made it sound like I could return it cause something was definitely not right. Today I went in thinking I’d get a different one but he basically was like seems fine to me. I was super uncomfortable felt like I was made to be a liar or something. Needless to say I will not return and I will definitely let my friends and family know if my experience here.

They always have what I need! A new employee once gave me the wrong coil and they made it right and then some! We didn't even complain at all we just mentioned we were mistakenly given the wrong thing, they're so good to their customers!
