I HAD to give Great Clips 1 star only because it would not let me post. I would give ZERO stars if I could!! The hairstylist butchered my hair. I had requested a basic medium length bob haircut and even showed a picture of the hairstyle. She cut my hair 4-inches shorter than what the picture showed. The cut is every uneven and the back of my hair looks like a little kid just got hold of scissors and started cutting the hair. I am very upset and disappointed.
Requested style: Basic medium length bob style hair cut.

Butchered my boyfriend hair and then charged us an extra $3.60 on our card that didn't not appear on the receipt. The receipt showed $24 (yes this included the $5 tip), yet my bank account showed a charge of $27.60.

Took my Autistic non verbal child here for the 2nd time to get her hair cut and she was treated amazingly just as before. I don't know the lady that did her hair but it was the same both times. I really appreciate the patience and kindness! Definitely recommend.

Great place to get a haircut, Wendy always cuts my hair and does an awesome job. I’ve had bad cuts there before so I only go when Wendy is available. She is great and Usually has most of the people there asking for her.

One of the worst haircuts I have ever had. The lady had an attitude with me the second I walked in the door because I changed my phone number on my online sign in. I tolder what I wanted and she made me repeat it 10 times but that still didn't help . She left 4 spots of hair on my head that was supposed to be shaved down to a 0 I asked her to trim the top and she cut half of it. I will have to go somewhere else tomorrow to have my hair cut again. I will never go back to great clips.
