“I recently joined Ed Nautilus using my Silver Sneakers membership which is part of my insurance plan. Everyone there is so kind and willing to help you with answers to questions. I decided to use a personal trainer to get back into the swing of working out. They have a great beginners package. I chose Norman Barnes. He is great as a motivator and his morning schedule is flexible to suit his client’s needs. He demonstrated good personal form for each exercise so that I could work out safely. He also took into consideration my age. I highly recommend Norman as a trainer. I’ve had several throughout my workout career and he’s at the top.”
