We had a wonderful experience with Tammy at Alton Home Depot. She went over and above to help us. Her personality, professional demeanor and sincere desire to be of service made us feel appreciated as customers. Actually decided to use Home Depot
to remodel our kitchen after our experience with Tammy!

Home Depot is great. I tend to spend more time than I should in there but who doesn't. You get lost in looking at all the amazing things they offer there lol. Tammie and Tim over at the pro desk are the best. Tammie is by far the best employee there by a mile. No offense to everyone else. She just makes it a point to go out of her way to make sure everyone gets the help they need and makes the process easy. Period. Keep it up y'all.

To get what we wanted and can’t exchange it, even with it being on Home Depot card

We were pricing a sink, toilet, and shower kit to remodel a bathroom. Prices were double, sometimes more than double, than the prices for the same or similar items at Lowes.

Celeste- Nastiest manager you could imagine. Thanks to Celeste at Home Depot Alton I will never be stepping foot in that store ever again. We just did a 4,000$ house purchase too and I regret every penny spent. Home Depot needs to work on better customer service and making a customer feel like a respected human!! Nasty attitude horrible approach! Wow wow wow.
