They are amazing always!! my agent cares and I request him every year. They are very detailed. I recommend going there they do what they can to legally get everything you qualify for and keep you updated.

Poor quality customer service the young kid act like you didn't want to do the taxes and didn't believe me about my taxing filing I will take my business elsewhere next year

Charged almost $400 to have the taxes done incorrectly, and then was also refused any kind of refund. You'll have better luck letting a 12 yr old do your taxes for you than with Jackson Hewitt.

Quick appointment scheduling and was in and out of the office within 40 mins. All in all was a great experience and cost less than TurboTax. Will definitely be going back next year!
