I walked into the store this morning around 11:30. There were 3 employees, all busy with customers so I waited patiently at the front jewelry case. Not one employee acknowledged that I was there. One employee's customer left but she still did not acknowledge that I was standing there or offer to help. A lady walked in and an employee said hello and welcome. I'm still standing in the same spot and nothing was said to me. I don't know how long I waited but it got to be embarrassing so I left.

Riley was a great help! She helped find the perfect solid 10k gold bracelet for me as well as cleaned my wife's morganite ring, AND replaced the backs of not one but two sets of ear rings for my wife. Definitely recommend 10 out of 10.

We went into the store kind of at a longshot, we were in another Kay store and my Wife found a new ring she really liked, however it wasn't in her preferred band type (She wanted either rose gold or gold with the sapphire). When we were at the other Kay store we were told that the ring couldn't be special ordered/changed. Justin at the Alton store was quick helpful and was able to get her the exact ring that she wanted. She loves the ring and we are super happy with the service that Justin provided us.

I have always had exceptional service at the Alton location! Tonight, I came to pick up my ring after it was serviced. I didn't realize it was a whole process and not as simple as picking it up. I was that jerk that came in 5-10 min prior to close. Riley was very patient and helpful despite my arrival time.

14 weeks / 100 days later...That is how long it took Kay to replace my wedding ring lost in THEIR possession. I dropped my ring off on May 8th to have it cleaned and dipped.On July 3, after multiple calls to the store, Aubrey, the store manager, said that my ring is taking so long because it is being made to my size and soldered.On July 28, Aubrey calls and says my ring is in and I could come see it BEFORE they ship it out for another 2 WEEKS to be sized and soldered, after being told on 07/03 the ring was being made to my size! Aubrey also said I could pick my wedding ring up on August 15.On August 15, I get a call from Justin, store associate, stating my wedding ring is in BUT I can't pick it up until August 16. After questioning why I cannot pick it up, he states that Aubrey is off and she is the only one that can release it to me. I ask for him to call another store manager or Aubrey, considering I have waited 14 weeks and 1 day. After no call back, I call back to the store again and ask if they were able to find another store manager come release my ring or have Aubrey go to the Alton store. Justin says he cannot do anything because he doesn’t know how to complete the paperwork needed, this has been a spiral of issues with the ring, and he doesn’t want to be in the middle of this situation and that is why I must wait for Aubrey in order to get my ring.Also, this is my THIRD ring with Kay. The first wedding ring I got continually lost diamonds and had to be replaced with a new ring.After numerous run arounds, multiple lies from the local store and the corporate case manager, I FINALLY have a wedding ring again.Save yourself a ton of future issues, and buy elsewhere.

Very nice workers, very knowledgable too. They helped me with getting my hands on the legendary Casio GA-B2100. Shipping was quick (4 days) and they helped me with setting it up.

I came in 10 minutes before they closed to drop my ring off to be repaired and they were wonderful .
