I want to shout out Kerri Dellheim for her amazing customer service and work ethic. This morning I ran into multiple issues (of my own doing) and had multiple questions and problems needing resolved. She was kind, thoughtful and enthusiastic. She answered all my questioned with kindness and understanding and helped me solve all my issues. Great employee!

I've used this bank many years. Was great. Then good. Then ok. Now just bad. It has gone seriously downhill. Had a loan payment overdraft. Deposited ASAP. Deposit made account is corrected.THEN they charge an overdraft fee AND return the loan payment charge too?! After the account was correct and positive? Major banking error. If the account wasn't overdrafted there was no reason for either of the TWO events to unfold. No overdraft was in existence as funds fully covered payment made.Always keep my account positive so I call to explain the situation and get it corrected. Was told they don't waive those overdraft charges as policy. So they won't correct them- even when they are in error?! Wow.Call Friday, there won't be a manager to discuss it until Tuesday! Ironically talked to a customer service representative. Oddly named when they plainly weren't able to service the customer.While the CSR did seem kind and empathetic to my situation, not being able to resolve it for 5 days is sheer unmitigated business failure insanity. They need free services to help you move to a better bank. Sucks I have to move so many connected accounts.Waiting to see how they respond because their own CSR located time log proved the two errors happened POST my deposit.

I have not had any problems with any of Liberty's branches. I use them all. I wouldn't trade them for any banks in the area. I used by debit card playing a game and went over my normal useage, they shut my card down. I was so upset, I didn't know what was going on. That Monday I went to the bank and told them what happened. Well, they weren't sure what was going on and suspended my service. I was thankful, it could of been some body else. All I could say was Thank You, any time.

If im not sure of something all i have to do is ask and they step up or explain. They're friendly and keep you alert to things that are happening good or bad and help get it straightened out.??

Nice people, but there is no reason to bank here. Rates are pretty bad all around, hours are lousy, ATMs are often out of service. Lack of online services compared the bigger banks, but no community advantages like credit unions. This bank is obsolete. Opened my account when I turned 18 because I didn't know any better. I should have left years ago.

As with all things there good and bad sides! There overdraft protection as saved the day, week, and month for me! But the 29.00$ per transaction and then 4.95 everyday your overdrawn is crazy as Hell! My home bank on Homer Adams is constantly broke!

ATM is always empty or broken.
