Bought from the fairview hts store in Dec '23. Took over 2 months for delivery. Fairview store is now closed. I purchased a campbell anniversary pillow top with adjustable bases. Mattress is firmer than floor model in store. Tried it out for 11 months and decide I wanted to swap it out per their guarantee. Pillow top was the most expensive and I knew the plush was the mid level mattress. The want to charge me an extra $200 even though I'm switching to a step down. The claim the extra cost is bc of inflation. Salesperson at alton was new and clueless. Had to text another person or owner at another store. Never shopping at campbell bros/mattress direct again. Shady exchange policy when they jack up their price $400+ a year later. Also one of my adjustable bases broke after month. Mattress direct offers zero help and shoves you off on the manufacturer to get repairs/replacement. PS keep an eye on the delivery guys, one ripped the tag of my mattress and left it on the floor under the bed. This voids their crooked return policy.

**Reposting on my other account since they don’t want to show my other post**NEVER GO HERE!! THEIR EMPLOYEES HAVE NO RESPECT! I went with my sister and her fiancé to look at beds. I just recently made a purchase online and it said they sold the one I purchased there. However they do not, which is not a huge deal to me because it did not end up being a waste of a trip. My sister and her fiancé found a nice mattress there that they liked. However the salesman, he was so rude to me it was baffling. I explained how I just make a purchase an was excited to be getting it. He told me instantly that I had made the worst mistake ever. Claiming the company pays people for good reviews and that it’s a mattress in a box. Also saying that it the warranty and return policy for that company is a lie. Mind you, he was trying to sell us another mattress made from the same company that owns the brand I purchased... only different is that I purchased a hybrid and not a memory foam. I asked him to please stop and he did not end it there. This guy clearly had no idea what he is talking about. He was very rude and trying to undermine me. I truly feel he was being sexist because when my sisters fiancé stepped up about his actions he apologized to him!!!! They did not purchase the mattress they liked there, instead will buy online.

I don’t recommend this store to anyone! The service sucks. The prices are to much compared to online prices. The sales associate was a complete j*** and belittling, and wasn’t knowledgeable about the products in his store.

Was told our mattress would come in within 4-6 weeks, maybe longer. 3 months passed and I was given the run around multiple times. Supposedly items had been being put on back order for the last 2 years. They knew this was a possibility and withheld that information to make the sale. If I would have been told this, I would have been able to make an informed decision. After stating I wanted a full refund, they magically had my items. I don’t appreciate the deceitfulness and would urge anyone to go elsewhere for your needs.

Very poor customer service experience the people who deliver the bed were great but there boss was a complete a hole the manager at the store seems to try but his hands are tied also good man

Bad experience from the time we walked in the door. Went to mattress firm and they were very nice and bought 2 mattresses from them. It’s amazing what they’re willing to lose out on with business.

I bought a mattress with them in sept I complained about it sinking in dec .. went to the store they said I have to wait. I fell they should have replaced my mattress in store ,but they want me to go through the warranty mattress. The manager Chad is not help full at all. I also bought a couch for weekend’s only and problem with the couch and they replaced my couch in store , now that is how you treat a customer. I will never do business with mattress direct ever again , see treating a customer right you will have business and treating a customer wrong .. you will not have repeat customer never again ....
