I saw a few items in this store that I really liked and planned on purchasing. However, unfortunately because of the horrible or lack thereof of customer service that I received, I decided not to purchase anything. I spent at least 20 mins in the store while associates talked to other customers or within themselves. Associates also looked at me, but did not say “Hello, Goodbye, Can I help?” or anything. This was extremely rude and unacceptable and I won’t be visiting this store again.

Hours state online and on the store front window they open at 10am, yet they still weren’t open by 10:28… wasting my time.

Took 15 minutes for someone to see if I needed any help finding anything. The other two in the store saw me walk in and said nothing and just continued chatting with each other.

They have a nice selection of beautiful tops, jeans, shorts and leisure wear. Some shoes and jewelry as well. And, you can now try on clothing in store again!! Yay!

All I did was go and exchange 2 pair of jeans that I had ordered online that were to big. The transaction was easy but I didn't like that they had to put two dollars on a gift card. The store was clean and well organized. It is on the 1st floor of the mall across from Ross. I didn't know where it was so I did alot of walking.
