My only issue was that it took an hour to do the overpriced oil change and air pressure on tires wasn't checked with the tire rotation.

Meineke employees were very Friendly and Caring about What I needed to have done, just a light doesn’t seem like much, but it was to me! They furnished me with a Soda which I really needed and appreciated! I would recommend them to my Friends and Family

The people that work at this shop are always respectful and timely. Had an A/C go bad and the time was taken to explain to me all the test they ran and what the results were. Will definitely go back there again if ever I need their expertise.

Fantastic service. I scheduled an appointment for my brakes to be checked, even though I had no brake light on and didn’t have any squeaking/squealing when braking over the past few weeks, my front passenger brake started grinding. When they got it in, I needed all four replaced. I’m not a car person, so I don’t know a lot about maintenance, but I’m learning. There have been times over the years I’ve taken my car in for new tires or tire rotation and have been chastised for something on my vehicle or something wrong with the tires. So I have hesitancy when taking my car in for service. I have to say, I never once had that feeling while having my car serviced here that day. I asked the manager about brake maintenance and he gladly told me about when I should have them looked at again to avoid another costly repair. I also appreciate that they stayed over to get my car done and back to me that day so I was not without a car, even with their busy schedule. Truly appreciate the work and will recommend!

Horrid service and lack of accountability. Took my jeep in to get a quote for some suspension work. Not only did it take two hours to run a suspension test, I was told the quote would be emailed to me and to this day I have yet to receive the quote. Although, that’s not even the worst part. After getting my jeep back, I didn’t even get a mile from the store when my front drivers side tire falls off leaving me stranded in the middle of Humbert road. When I called to tell them they forgot to properly attach my lug nuts, they refused to take responsibility and even said “there’s nothing that we did that could’ve resulted in your tire falling off”. After arguing over the phone, they finally sent someone to my location to tow the jeep back to the shop. After taking photos and sharing with them the visible damage to my rims and rotors as well as the fact I had no studs remaining on my wheel, they only offered to replace the studs for free. So I turned it over to insurance where they sent it to another shop to get a quote for the damage. After receiving the quote, the insurance ended up totaling the vehicle all because a MECHANIC couldn’t figure out how to correctly put on a tire.
