I lost my phone and went online to file the claim. Perfect, got the phone quickly. Online it tells me to go to a metro store. I go to the alton store. The owner is sitting there not one customer. I asked him about switching my phone number to my new phone as indicated online. This guy tells me I have to go online to do that he can't do it at the store and send me on my way. Gee thanks thanks for wasting my time. Call the store you customer service stinks.

The "owner" treats the customers like they're d*** and likes to interrupt your call while youre trying to figure out account number. Then wants to argue about how were making it hard on ourselves because they're asking questions I've never been asked before. Then laughs when one gets frustrated.. very unprofessional and very rude. I will gladly take my business else where . Have a great day sir. !

Ahmad is so awesome with knowledge of how to use your system. He's very polite, courteous & professional to his customers. He makes you laugh so with jokers & it's always worth having to come back when we don't understand how to use our devises!!! He's amazing!!!
