Came through here with a car that I just bought. Danny helped me so much, she printed all my codes out and told me what they meant and let me use her tools to install a new battery! Great customer service!

I do a lot of business with O'Reilly's and the other guys these guys are very efficient very thorough and very concerned about what you're trying to get I would like the place very much

I had been to this O'Reilly's store on several occasions and had been treated fine but today 11/26/22 the assistant manager Mr Keven was in a bad mood. He actually made me feel small/subhuman for what I saw was no reason at all. I called the store to see if the had a strut in stock because I ordered and paid for it from Auto Zone but they didn't know where it was in transit. A gentleman at O'Reillys confirmed they had it and would price match it. I get to the store and simply asked who was it I confirmed with because I didn't recall the name. From there it was embarrassing, Mr Keven told me, "It wasn't me!" with a tone that wasn't nice at all. I replied, "I was just letting you know that I verified this on the phone before I came and I spoke to a male here. There must be someone else here." Mr Keven told me again,, "I said it wasn't me the first time!" with a tone that again wasn't nice at all. He then went to another employee and began to whisper and by the smiles on their faces I could tell they were referring to me. Feeling terrible at this point I went to where they were and said, "I would be the first to apologize even though I don't know how we got here and if you don't want me to return to your store just let me know?" He said I could come back but ignored my apology and continued to look up his personal purchases comparing them to the employee that was also laughing at me. The young lady that helped me get my purchase was the best employee in the store, she defused the situation by being exceptional! She also told me he was sleepy and having a bad day. I think he'll past this behavior on to other employees being the assistant manager. It will tell them it's okay to be rude to customers! I have a commercial account with O'Reillys and other parts store but I've never been treated so poorly! I did inform customer service but I also want to warn anyone who goes there! Get
