Just left the alton location. Service there is horrible sales associate wouldn't even look at the part I'm searching for. Treated me like I couldn't afford his time. I would certainly go to lowes or home depot for anything in the future. Very unprofessional.

The employees here are wonderful! In particular Shawn/Sean (sorry wasn't sure which one) is INCREDIBLE. This store didn't carry the part I needed. So even though he didnt make a sale, he gave me all the information I needed to find it. I could not appreciate him more if I tried. I will definitely recommend them to EVERYONE!!

The guys there were able to get me a temporary fix when a 2” copper line broke. Got a 2” SharkBite fitting and a reducer so I can add a hose bib. Good work.
