I scheduled an appointment time on line. When I got there no one was at the front desk so I signed in on the computer and scanned the code from my phone. It was easy. My wait time was short. The nurse was pleasant and professional. She drew my blood with no problems and then explained how to submit my urine sample before letting myself out. It was a fast and efficient process.

The check-in process was very easy. I got in before my appointment time and was treated with courtesy and respect. The collection process was efficient, professional and performed with accuracy and attention to detail. This is my go-to place whenever I need laboratory testing.

I have never had to wait. The nurses are always very nice and very gentle while drawing my blood. I will always continue to use Quest for any of my blood work. I appreciate the excellent service.

Allow scans of insurance cards and driver's license to be submitted when making the appointment to save time, not have to dig the important cards out on arrival (And possibly use of misplace them, and have to handle the lobby machine that everyone else has had their hands on. Then keep the information on file so we don't have to go through this process every time. You submit the insurance info online during the appointment process, so why do we have to do it again!!!

I made an appointment by calling the 1800 number. It was pretty easy. My appointment was at 10 and decided to go check in around 7 am. With in 1 minute of check in they came out and got me. The main lady was professional and really nice. The girl in training with her took my blood first try and I didn't feel anything. It was over quick. Great experience overall! Thank you guys!

Easy appointment setup through automated phone line. Easy check-in at front, just scan ID. I was in and out very quickly and the woman who did my testing was very professional and nice.
