I made an appointment by calling the 1800 number. It was pretty easy. My appointment was at 10 and decided to go check in around 7 am. With in 1 minute of check in they came out and got me. The main lady was professional and really nice. The girl in training with her took my blood first try and I didn't feel anything. It was over quick. Great experience overall! Thank you guys!

Easy appointment setup through automated phone line. Easy check-in at front, just scan ID. I was in and out very quickly and the woman who did my testing was very professional and nice.

Extremely hard to make an appointment online and over the phone.Never can speak with a human, always a robot.Drove to the bethalto facility to make an appointment and was handed instructions on how make an appointment online. I'll go to Labcorp from now on and you should too.

If you need to do a drug test for employment they would not start til 8am. They told us because they would need to prioritize blood draw. Everyone who’s waiting is here for drug test. Plus the workers are too rude!!! They can’t talk to you in a friendly or professional manner!

Scheduled a TB test online and it did not say I needed a referral or lab from a doctor. Once the lady brought me back to the room she snapped at me for not knowing either a doctor needed to send a referral or that I needed to pay for it myself online. She dismissed me and was rude the entire time. I cannot stress enough how unprofessional both of the workers were. After checking this test is not available to be “bought myself” as she rudely said. I will never been returning and hope both workers find the strength to be kind for future patients.

I came for fasting labs. I can only come on Saturdays, and rearranged my schedule to make this work. I attempted to call and double check that they had my doctor's order, but YOU CANNOT GET A PERSON ON THE PHONE and there is no way to check for your order online or in the phone system. You just waste your morning and your time and your gas money and HOPE. I was there early, checked in and waiting. The staff was polite and professional. Guess what? They didn't have my order. Now I get to wait ANOTHER FULL WEEK to try again, spend money and time again, and HOPE they have my order. I see now that there are many, many people having the same issue. Get a human to answer the phone at each site, or add an option to check for your order over the phone, Quest. Also, you owe me for gas ⛽

Your appointment won't matter. There is no receptionist, no one answers the phone and they won't take online requests from doctors, you will need to bring paper. And RUDE staff that is completely unhelpful

Since my husband is an organ transplant recipient, blood work is needed frequently and we have been using Quest in Alton for several years. During the more recent years, we seldom feel welcome and the majority of the staff show they do not want to be there. Convenience has kept us there for so many years, but it is now time to move on and leave the uncomfortable feelings behind.

I am only giving it 2 stars today but will come back and change it after my appointment. I've never had an issue with my waiting time or staff. My complaint is YOU CAN NOT TALK to a LIVE PERSON on the phone, smh what kind of company doesn't have an option to talk to someone?? Then i read the reviews&see this has been an issue with others.

I suggested to use my hand for blood work due to veins in arm being hard to find, easier on both of us, phlebotomist hesitated and then told me she only had one butterfly needle and was going to try my arm, after several movements called the other person that was working there to come see if she was crazy since she couldn't find the vein, finally was able to get out of arm. Just really not my fault that she didn't have more than one butterfly. Every other time I suggest no one has hesitated to use my hands.

Never will I ever visit the alton location again.I was there to drop off sample and had to wait 45 min.They were rude because I had asked why I had to wait just to hand them sample.The workers their need fired they are incompetent.

I like the fact that we can go here and get the results of the test quickly.Without having to rely on doctors offices, hospitals or other medical places to get us the information. They have always been very helpful and I like the fact that they know how to stick you without making it hurt.
