I'm a new customer starting a personal account and a business account.I've encountered some delay in receiving the debit card.The tellers have been very kind and helpful.They're meeting my expectations for customer service.

My business partner Tried to get a cash advance and the teller swiped her card went and counted the money then said oops it's declined...the money came out of the account and the bank says they never charged but the debit says $2000 spent at regions bank?Now I'm calling the cops cause they just expect someone to walk away with the answer they gave and it's never happened in three showed no urgency too fix the situation. So sad that these bank managers and tellers get to act like thugs and bullies and still have a job

I have never had a bad experience here. The tellers are warm and very kind. My transactions are always done quickly and accurately. They always answer all my questions and give me their full attention when working with me. Great people. Love this bank. :)

I had a fraud charge on my account they are still investigating the charge. It has been almost 2 months and still no determination of what's going on. They do not protect the customer and they don't represent there customers. We are just a number to them it is sad really I won't be using this bank anymore and I suggest anyone else looks else where for banking.

Customer 20+ years. Went into branch to have overdraft fees waived. Was told by branch manager she was not authorized. Discover made a mistake resulting in balance being charged twice resulting in two overdrafts. Unsympathetic, resulting in closing my two accounts.

I’ll be switching banks, it took 20 minutes for them to cash a check on my lunch break, they always seem to be taking their sweet time when people are in a hurry.

Deposited money for my company on a Saturday the staff was extremely rude! Shorted my big deposit $5 and refused to check ….. its always something with this bank… the tellers working today 11/20 need some customer service skills! This is why I’m urging them to switch banks!

My bank, but not my branch. However, I can say the service I receive at their ATM is always; friendly, polite and fast. I always ask for my receipt to be sent to me via e-mail and before I pull aways from the drive-thru, I already have it. That is quick and prompt service. Whenever I need cash and I'm in this part of town, I will always use their ATM.

Was looking for a banker to answer some questions for me so I could switch my business account and personal. But then got a machine. Well tell you what if thats how you are to not have a live person answer the phone at the bank branch I dont want anything to do with you

Each region I've had the pleasure of doing business with, the staff is very friendly and helpful, I like the fact the call your name the moment you walk in, without looking at my ID. they more than happy to help with all financial needs...
