Very friendly and knowledgeable. Mark saved me about $100 on insurance. He also helped my teenage son make a change to his policy right before the end of business hours and before the start of a three day weekend. Mark could have easily told us we would have to wait until later to make the change but instead he called several people and was able to change the policy for him so he could drive the vehicle he just purchased. I highly recommend him!

Mark was really easy to deal with. Unlike the Luken agency, he didn't quote me 900 a year for a homeowners policy. VERY affordable and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. Would highly recommend Mark!!
