“My experience at this location was awesome. My wait time was, maybe, 30 seconds. Zach was efficient, courteous and accurate. He had the label printed before I could whip out my credit card to pay. He checked my ID, asked me to verify the addresses and double checked if he could do anything else for me. My package was delivered fewer than 48 hours later, as promised.”

“Idk how so many people have had bad experiences here. Every time I've been, there, they are friendly as can be. I sell lots of things online, so I am frequently there. They are always friendly, professional, and extremely fast. The line could have 10 people, and I'd still be in and out in under five minutes. I love using them. They've never lost or misplaced any of my packages.”
“Richard, Pam, Marcus and others are fantastic. Sorry, but Im bad on names, would ment others if I could remember names.We have used this branch for our P.O. Box and local delivery for over 14 years. Although we have had major issues lately with an address change. These issues are due to the system over all.*** Richard just spent over 40 minutes on the phone trying to solve our forwarding mail issues.***Marcus has been a great local carrier and Pam is always very nice and helpful. Others have done a great job as well.The post office as a whole has had issues over the past 4 years, but these people have been outstanding. Give them a break when you see them, the job is NOT easy.I spent several years as a subcontractor for USPS, it's not easy keeping people happy. If you ship packages with FedX chances are you'll have problems compared to USPS. UPS is pretty good though, but not up to the quality of service as the USPS.Thank you for all your service!!! “Oh wow! I read the reviews after dropping off a package a few days ago. I'm glad I didn't read them before because I might have avoided this location. Thankfully, I had a positive experience with a very pleasant young woman at the counter. There was even someone in there laying new tile to spruce up the place. No complaints from me. Hopefully they got rid of the problem.”

“Yes they were very nice but it's inside the auto advance store. Hey UPS give them the new equipment they need and was promised. So make sure you have a return label that is readable. But the store works very hard to make sure your taken care of.”
