DO NOT COME HERE. JUST HANDLE EVERYTHING ONLINE. I worked out my situation in a particular way with reps over the phone. And unfortunately the store workers, like Kelly,are not competent enough to be able to follow through with what the reps on the phone tell you. Dont come into the store. Just do all your business online and over the phone.

I am paying for land line phone in the bundle. I have no idea how to hook it up. When I told them that. They laughed at me. It still is not hooked up. I can't figure it out by myself. Can a technician hook this phone up?The wires are from alot of years of alot of different companies.

Best store ever. Miss Kelly Jouett and Jejuan Combs were AMAZING!!!! THESE FOLKS DESERVE A RAISE. Complete opposite of Collinsville store. Collinsville needs new training from the manager Ms Kim down.

Horribly under staffed!!! Two girls there, only one was helping people because the other one took a break with 8 people waiting for help. After waiting for about an hour I was 7 out of 13 to be helped.. it’s a shame..

Went in to pay a bill at the kiosk was told I could not use the kiosk. Waited 45 minutes to pay my bill just to have them tell another lady she could use the kiosk. Hours listed on Google are also incorrect

Moreena helped me with my computer problem and did an outstanding job fixing it. Very good employee. I had worked with Norton Life Lock and other Charter people and did not have much luck with this problem.Thanks again

I ended up having a lot of issues transferring my services from my home to an apartment. HOWEVER, the entire staff was extremely helpful and motivated to get me squared away. It took a few hours but it all worked out and I couldn't be more thankful. Everyone here deserves a raise.
