I haven't shopped at Big Shark for one reason. When I was shopping to purchase a bike I felt the customer service at Big Shark was terrible. No one seemed interested in selling me a bike. I walked out and bought a bike from another shop the same day. Their loss and reflection of poor customer service and bad PR.
