We spent over $200 having our wedding invitations sent out just for people to just now be receiving them a MONTH after our wedding. We sent them out August 1st and have people who have never received theirs and the people that did were damaged. Worst post office ever!

I was going thru a ruff time (personally) & ran in to mail a package & sparked up a conversation with the 2 cashiers. They are ALWAYS polite & fast. The ladies without me saying what was REALLY going on with me they gave me the BEST advice ever. You never no what a person is going thru & how you can help with just a couple of words.

the business hours on the door clearly state that they open at 8:30, but at 9:15 the doors are still locked. If you have a PO Box you cant even get your mail until they feel like unlocking the door........... isn't that section supposed to be open at all times?

TERRIBLE! First I had to park around the back of the building because the mail carriers were taking up all of the customer parking. Then I asked Frank to ship items as a parcel to get tracking numbers and he only sent one as parcel so I did not have tracking numbers. I called back to get the problem fixed and one of the carriers answered the phone and said no one is there to help me, I have to call back... There is no one I can call to get this fixed... POOR POOR customer service at Main street!!!
