Woman at the front desk cussed my husband out as soon as he stepped in the building. Acted like their customers are an inconvenience. Needs fired or put in a position in the back because she clearly doesn’t know how to talk to people

I wish I could give less than 1 star. I have never in my life not been at least greeted when I walk in. The lady pretended I wasn’t even in there and when I asked for help she replied with “what do you need” We all don’t want to be at work. Cheer the heck up and don’t be so rude.

I open a p.o box early this year at alton square mall and they have been sending all my important mail back to sender and I don't understand why it's driving me nutz please make me understand they been doing this since March of this year
