If you need a new phone don't go their they charge you too much for a new upgrade, just go to the Edwardsville one they don't charge you that much for an upgrade.

I arrived at store, followed instructions by Verizon app, and waited for 10 mins at curbside to get my order. No one came outside. I went inside two employees were there. They were not busy. I showed them my ordered number they asked why you came here all the way from st.Louis, is it because you didn’t find pro series. I am disappointed from there dealing with customers. And please don’t waste your time at curbside.
