walgreens is a nightmare, their refill system is buggy, drive through always has a long wait, their employees clearly have no power or agency to fix anything, constant supply issues and communication issues between pharmacy and doctors.

Pharmacy tells me they have a mandatory state break as of 30min ago. Yet they help the man in front of me then tell me they cant help me. What a joke. Take your break when youre suppose to and we wouldnt have this problem.

Medication is constantly on back order even though the app reads "your pharmacist is reviewing your prescription". Then when you ask why it's under review the techs want to argue with you over YOUR medication

I live 40 mins away, I called a couple hours before heading to the pharmacy and was told they had enough to fill my script. I asked if I could head that way to pick it up and was told I could…. I drive the 40 mins to b told that they just now ran out of the medication and that they operate on a first come first serve basis!!! What does that mean when talking about a pharmacy?! They wouldn’t elaborate on their policy of first come first serve…. Their pharmacy SUCKS!!!! ??

I only use the retail part of the store and it meets my needs. When I need to stock up on over the counter meds or select toiletries, this is where I shop. I have found the Walgreens generic brand is the same quality as a name brand and saves me money. This past Christmas, when I needed a Christmas hat, to my surprise they came to my rescue and they even had other accessories to match. You know, our ability to accessorize is what separates us from the animals. My Christmas headband and necklace were at hit at the party. The store is always clean and well organized and the staff is friendly.

Ordered groceries online for pick up, sense we are not feeling so great! By time we placed the order it was not even 5 min that the order was ready! We were able to get the medicine and food we needed fast to feel better!

The old lady cashier needs to be evaluated and fired. She is ALWAYS rude when I go into the store. Never greets anybody. Never smiles. She Is horrible at customer service. She does not need to be up front. As a Walgreens employee, how she talked to me she should be fired. You will continue to get bad reviews until you make your team suitable for the job positions.

Good parking, nice staff, clean store. If items are not on sale they can be a little pricey. 50/50 chance all your items MIGHT not be available such as items in the cold section are almost ALWAYS out of products. The more expensive vitamins (memory pills, back pain patches) are usually OUT.

Manager here is an old white guy on a power trip, stood behind me and waited and watched while I bought cigarettes and newsprint. Not sure if he was watching me or the girl ringing me out but it was extremely unsettling and uncomfortable either way. There's no reason to be that close behind a customer while they are checking out. Will avoid this store for a while, go to CVS or Walgreens on state street. Genuinely feel bad for the women working at this store.

Every time I go here, I leave with a smile. The employees are friendly and helpful no matter the time of day or year. They seem to care about their customers a lot! Keep it up!

I go to this store all the time. The store employees are very friendly EXCEPT the FEMALES in the pharmacy!!.. they are very hateful and act like we are bothering them!!.. if they don't like their o then leave!!!.. very unprofessional and rude!!
