I'll keep it short and brief. When you ask employees to take accountability, they will threaten to call the police on you. What was the crime? Them being annoyed. Don't believe me? Ask Regina Parker. She did this exact thing to me.

If I could give NO STARS, I would. This place is ridiculous. For a week I didn't receive any mail. I have informed delivery so I know what's coming to me everyday. So I go to the post office and they tell me my mail is on the street already. One of the workers came out and started explaining to us(the customers)what was going on. Apparently the post office has allowed their employees time off with pay if it's COVID related or if their kids are being home schooled so no one is coming to work and they have no carriers to get the mail out. Something needs to be done because bill collectors don't care about any of that! So when I don't get time sensitive mail THATS A PROBLEM. Another thing, I was waiting on a package...been tracking it ALL week. Was supposed to be delivered by 9pm May 29th which was a Saturday. I'm waiting around and about 11'ish I receive a text saying my package couldn't be delivered because the delivery area couldn't be accessed....REALLY?! Since when have you all had a problem accessing the building or ringing my bell, which no one did because I was home all day. Now I have to wait until Tuesday because that's the next business day since Monday is a holiday. I'm so over them. They really need to do better, HONESTLY.

Very UNPROFESSIONAL and LAZY. This post office NEVER deliver my packages and give me the run around all the time. It has been 3 different times where they put I requested my package to held, which I never did, and when I go to pick the package up they tell me it's out for delivery. The workers never know where the packages are and clearly don't know anything. Wouldn't recommend at all!!!!

Staff seems to know nothing about their own business and are unwilling to offer assistance of any kind. Very dissatisfied. Every visit in the past 2 years have been a big disappointment. I drive to a different post office now even if this one is down my street.

Extremely rude and not helpful. This post office is not delivering any of my packgages and will not help me get any of them. They have no idea what they are doing. Would give 0 starts if possible.

This is a terrible post office. They not only deliberately ignore customers to get their jollies, but they once claimed something I mailed of great value was "lost," and when I said I'd involve the police suddenly it was found. An embarrassment to the USPS.

I'm in line right now.. January 31,2020...one person working and the line is almost out the door! This is unbelievable and unprofessional for a company to allow this kind disrespect for their customers. To up date this as of June 11th @9:15 a.m. they still have the same foolish going here one person at the window no one to assist! Smh! Shut it down!

Customer service definitely needs to be reiterated to the front desk because they will not even acknowledge that your there or to wait . We, customers understand you may be in the middle of doing something (which is half the time gossiping to another employee) but at least be welcoming and engage with customers that is just waiting in line to be serviced.

I came in today to mail off something back to a patient. The minute I walk in a lady was at the window carrying on what is an unnecessary conversation about something that has nothing to with her buisness at the post office. The post offices on the south side are some of the worst in the city with employees talking too much among themselves and with customers. The clerk who waited on me acted very unprofessional laying her head down on the counter like a bored 5 year old.. Inexpecr behavior like this because it's a common thing in the black community to be super chatty on a job and counterproductive at the same time. I try not to go to the Post office in my community because of unprofessional behavior and counterproductive.

Always just one person at the front desk. Packages lost by mail carriers gives me reason to believe they keep packages they like. They never answer the phone

I have never had an issue with USPS until this place. The clerks have nasty attitudes and the mail lady for my complex does not know how to do her job
