Mike did a great job. Came out and installed a commercial garage door on my new construction pole building. The door was 22x14. He communicated every step throughout the whole process as the door had to be special ordered and took several months for it to come in. The door looks and operates great so far as it’s only been a day. But I expect many years of maintenance free operation. I would highly recommend Pro-Tech Door Systems.

My husband had contacted them for a new garage door sent a picture of the EXACT one we wanted. Said he could do that and quoted us a price we accepted it. (Will post pictures of the convo once I get it from my husband) When the garage door was being installed it was nothing like we wanted… he said oh this is the one I quoted though… I have no clue for why he would of quoited us for something we didn’t send him or something we didn’t want or asked for in the first place… I called him and told him that’s not what I want or was expecting. He said let them finish installing it you might like you. He was also ignoring me and talking to other people while i was on this phone call with him. I reluctantly agreed to let them finish so I could see it. In the end I did not like it at all he offered a discount to my husband but didn’t give us anything off the price. The way he treated me and acted I didn’t feel comfortable enough to ask for an exchange I ended up going through a new garage door place which was absolutely wonderful!! garage doctors quoted about the same price for the exact door I wanted!!! Also his employees apologized they said there owner/employeer is very unorganized. We asked about a electrical issue he said he was an electrician too and could fix that. His employees said that he never mentioned this issue to them until they were almost here there so they didn’t have the equipment/ tools to check it out. His employees were great! Did a good job putting the door in and we’re respectful and good workers! Just not what we asked for or agreed to. I would not recommend the company. I would highly recommend garage doctors as they get the garage door you want and very fair price. This place over charged for the cheapest garage door possible that everyone has… also they did not take away there trash or old gatherings door.

We had a torsion spring blow out a day ago. Messaged Mike the following day. Had a quote instantly and serviced the same day. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Price extremely fair too! Would definitely recommend.

Don't use their website with the "Get Quote" section or the Google maps chart section, you won't get a response.

I needed a repair on a Sunday afternoon. The coil spring broke and I was not able to get my car out of the garage. Mike arrived within a couple hours. Installed a new one and advised me that I needed to replace some older parts and instructed me on how to do some maintenance to keep everything moving smoothly. Great service.
