Went in, lady behind the counter was rude and telling me i cant trust 3rd party tracking apps with shipping info.Wouldn't listen to the fact that i had also used the usps website to check on the location of my package and that it had said the same thing.Not the first time this has happened either

my fiancé and I had to move, but we were trying to get RSVPs mailed back to us, Amboy‘s USPS kept the RSVPs because They couldn’t be forwarded and sent an envelope to our new address with a good chunk of RSVPs that we were missing

I tracked my packaged online today and it’s says it’s been delivered.USPS driver marked it it’s delivered.But the office in RV Park told me that my packaged wasn’t there.The Driver lost my packaged.!!!I think he delivered it to a Wrong addrs! How irresponsible!!!

They refuse to attempt delivery at door. They just leave a notice in the mailbox saying no one answered the door for delivery and now you have to go to the post office to get it. As well as we do not always get our mail. When I called the postal system to make a complaint about the psot master for this location, they gabe her my phone number. She called me outside of business hours to rudely tell me that they had done nothing wrong. They have deliberately ruined by catalogs for the last several months. Always putting them in water. They seriously need some major investigations into their conduct.

Terrible customer service. They always give you grief when you bring in a bunch of packages that are already labeled and paid for and all they need to do is scan them in. Packages usually do not get scanned in the day they are brought in unless you watch them do it. When you come in, it takes few minutes before someone behind the walls even notices you are there. We are set to spend $4000 on postal fees this year from our home business and they aren't appreciative whatsoever.
